In this 6 month package, you'll embark on a transformative journey with two 1.5 hour coaching sessions per month. Enjoy unlimited access to your coach for program support, and become a part of the dynamic First Time Manager community group. Additionally, kickstart your journey with DiSC Executive Insights, Emotional Intelligence, and 360 Leadership Effectiveness assessments (or Core Competency Index). Plus receive an additional complimentary Leadership Competency Assessment. 

By the end of this comprehensive 6 month program, you'll not only have gained profound insights and developed crucial skills for effective leadership, but you'll also possess the tools and strategies needed to navigate challenges, foster collaboration, and achieve success in your leadership role. This program is designed to equip you with a holistic set of skills and knowledge to lead confidently and make a positive impact on your team and organisation.
